I started my yoga journey to help with my anxiety a few years back. Practicing helped me to gain emotional balance while gaining strength in my body. as I began to dig deeper learning the philosophy and principles of yoga and all of the amazing health benefits, I felt compelled to help others experience the same benefits. So, I obtained my yoga instructor’s certification.

Life is not always black and white. Emotions flow in a variety of ways. the practice of yoga teaches you how to open your heart, mind, and vibrations and allow your emotions and energy to flow freely.

Like life, there are stages to yoga. Knowing the importance yoga brings to creating healthy bodies and willful mindfulness. I look forward to guiding you through your journey of uniting your mind body and spirit.


Find Your Center
Some do it for the asanas, some for philosophy. I do it for the peace, the balance, the centering of my spirit, the strengthening of my body, the conversation with my higher self, and the exaltation & celebration of the most high.
The art of yoga cannot be put into a box. She is whatever you need it to be, from wherever you are.
