I started my yoga journey to help with my anxiety a few years back. Practicing helped me to gain emotional balance while gaining strength in my body. as I began to dig deeper learning the philosophy and principles of yoga and all of the amazing health benefits, I felt compelled to help others experience the same benefits. So, I obtained my yoga instructor’s certification.

Yoga is a lifestyle. I’m always learning & gaining deeper understanding in my practice.
